As all of our garments are made-to-order, we ask that you put thoughtful consideration into your purchase. This made-to-order model helps to reduce our waste output. We are more than happy to answer any queries you may have around sizing or modifications before placing an order, to help you make the most informed decision possible. Of course, you may still change your mind when your order arrives. Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund, but will offer credit instead. We cannot offer returns or exchanges on earrings or face coverings. Sale items cannot be refunded, but we can offer credit to the same value if the item is returned within 14 days of receipt.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Repair for life
Should your piece develop a fault, through wear and tear, we are happy to repair this for you as necessary at no extra charge. We want you to love and cherish your piece, and if that means you wear it so much it needs some TLC, we are happy to bring it back to life so you can enjoy it for many more years to come.
To return your product, you should mail your product back to us.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
